About Me

My coaching methodology aims to keep it simple, to have fun and to always focus on your needs.

I’m Lucy Newcombe, I’ve been enthusiastic about helping others develop for over 12 years. I currently live in Hong Kong, but am originally from the U.K. I am engaged to a wonderful Dutchie and we have 2 rescue dogs. 

I love to travel, to learn, and to live every moment as it comes, making the most of every experience in a balanced and memorable way.  I enjoy good food, a challenging session at the gym, but most of all I love to follow my dreams, raise my standards, and set goals that take me out of my comfort zone, giving me the opportunity to welcome new experiences into my ever-evolving life. 

This is what led me from my career in public services to fitness and now life results coaching.

My passion for helping others has grown from as early as I can remember; but it was when I re-discovered another passion in personal fitness 10 years ago that my love of helping others achieve true transformational change started.

I have invested 10’s of 1000’s of dollars in my own education in everything to do with Personal Growth, Development and Transformation. From Psychology and Strength Training to Nutrition, Other Sports and Coaching. I have been able to apply my learnings not just to my own life, but to many individuals in different circumstances. 

I have even helped people who didn’t realise they needed to change. They lived comfortable and content lives but were unaware of how to completely be their best selves.
